Base 端点使用 EVM JSON-RPC。

| Trace/debug | `trace_block`, `trace_filter`, `trace_transaction`, `debug_traceCall`, `debug_traceTransaction` |

Archive 和 trace 方法需要具备对应 provider capability 的 route。
