debug_traceCall executes a call against a selected block context and returns execution trace data. It is a paid debug method, not available on Free. Historical block contexts require historical state on that chain.

Parameters

Object - Call object with from, to, gas, gasPrice, value, and data fields as needed.
QUANTITY|TAG - Block number or tag.
Object - Optional tracer configuration such as { "tracer": "callTracer" }.
