eth_getBlockReceipts returns receipts for every transaction in a block when the chain supports the method. It is a heavy history method and may be chain-specific.

QUANTITY|TAG|DATA - Block number, block tag, or block hash, depending on chain support.

Notes

Use this method for block-level receipt ingestion when available.
Availability and accepted parameter form can vary by chain and provider.
Large blocks can return large payloads.
