List endpoints

Description

GET /api/dashboard/endpoints lists endpoints for the Management API Key owner. This is a Web REST call on blockreq.com, not a JSON-RPC method on ethereum-rpc.blockreq.com.

Authenticate with Authorization: Bearer akv1_... from Dashboard Settings. That key is the same owner as a signed-in dashboard session.

Request

Optional query: page, limit, includeInactive, sortKey, sortDir, sortPeriod.
