Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms cover your use of BlockReq, including blockreq.com, the Dashboard, our APIs, and our RPC endpoints, run by BLOCKREQ TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("BlockReq", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use BlockReq for an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
BlockReq provides RPC, WebSocket, and REST access to the blockchain networks listed on our site, through public endpoints and through endpoints tied to your account. We may add, change, or retire networks, methods, and features, and we announce significant changes in advance when we can.
Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
- If you think your account or a key has been exposed, rotate the key in the Dashboard and tell us at support@blockreq.com.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law or help others do so, including sanctions laws;
- attack, overload, or probe the service or other users;
- get around rate limits, quotas, or plan limits, including by creating several accounts to get more free usage;
- use the service to spread malware or harm others.
We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules. We will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
Plans and payments
- Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page, in US dollars.
- Request Packs are prepaid and valid for the period shown when you buy them. Requests not used within that period expire.
- Stripe processes all payments. Discount codes and credits apply only under the conditions shown with them.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact support@blockreq.com.
- The Free plan costs nothing, and its limits may change.
Availability and data
We work to keep BlockReq fast and available, but unless we agree otherwise in writing there is no uptime guarantee. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream outages, or reasons outside our control. Blockchain data is returned as nodes and providers report it, and we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current, or correct.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you send through BlockReq. You allow us to process it as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No financial services
BlockReq is a blockchain infrastructure provider. We do not provide financial advice, trading services, or asset custody, and we never hold your funds or private keys. You are responsible for the transactions you sign and send.
Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. BlockReq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses from transactions you send, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the service
You can stop using BlockReq at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
We post updated terms on this page with a new date. For significant changes, we email account holders before they take effect. If you keep using BlockReq after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of BlockReq go to the courts of Hong Kong. If you use BlockReq as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws where you live or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
